Information Technology Project Specialist
CurrentAcademy Streaming Room: Streaming Platform- Manage content delivery to ASR, tracking metadata and using processes via CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) for all studio submitted award entries - Process around 500 assets per award year- Assist in development and quality testing of the streaming application functionality across various platforms (iOS, tvOS, Android, web)Live Streaming- Manage live streaming process for Academy events to the ASR- Liaise with on site video team and remote quality analyzers to set up stream, perform test sessions, and confirm proper playback on all devices- Monitor process to publish VOD content to ASR once event has completedEvent Production Management SupportAcademy Awards- Liaise with vendors for credentialing, scheduling, and management of work load and one-off requests- Manage Academy IT team logistics while working on site for load in and day of The Show- Assist creation of load in/out for all movements regarding internal team and partner vendor schedules- Assist collecting, delegating, and setting up IT requests by all Academy departments (WiFi connectivity, Ethernet, equipment, printers/copiers, special requests, etc.)- Create and manage layouts for production room spaces involving IT related items
