Including managing workload, budget, RFQ’s, contracts, and staffing.* Managed global aftermarket cataloging deployments in Middle East, Russia, and Mexico.* Established a new team to set up new aftermarket parts with the various national account retailers. Created efficient processes and introduced new automations and tools.* Managed various high profile cataloging initiatives: selling ACDelco and GM Accessories parts on amazon.com, GM Accessories B2B/B2C and ACDelco/GM Genuine Parts B2C eCommerce tools, bringing on Internet Resellers, rebranding initiatives, and directly providing catalog data to our customers.* Responsible for initial rollout of Auto Care Association’s PIES, PAdb, and ACES data standards at GMCCA for multiple CCA channels/regions. * Negotiated $2 million bundled contract to support cataloging and PIM activities. The new contract brought on higher level employees and reduced turnover by 50%.* Worked with major catalog providers to reduce catalog publishing time by up to 9 weeks for WHI and up to 25 weeks for Epicor.* Managed various versions of our cataloging PIM (STEP, PartSmart, and ChannelAdvisor) solutions utilizing MDM (master data management) principles. Responsibilities have included budget, requirements, workflows, testing, deployment, training, security, and support. Solutions have been under all of: BPO structure, Shadow IT, and IT Support.
