About Nicole Haynes
I remember the first LEED certified building I ever walked into--I was 10 and it was a public library my mom and I went out of our way to visit. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to make every building a green building. I studied Sustainable Environmental Design at UC Berkeley and worked over 40 hours a week in sustainability positions. I led two environmental nonprofits as Chair and received three awards for my achievements, including leading the campaign to commit UC Berkeley to ban all non-essential single-use plastic by 2030 and founding Berkeley’s Zero Waste Coalition. While in college, I focused on zero waste and worked in grassroots organizing, policy advocacy, coalition-building, operations, educational outreach, and much more. Post-graduation I worked for local government on their municipal green building strategy and Climate Action Plan. I'm currently a Project Manager at Stok and I couldn’t be more excited to continue my mission of making every building a green building!
Listed skills include Leadership, Microsoft Office, Customer Service, Microsoft Excel, and 4 others.
