My main duties are the processing of orders for the nursery like invoices, quotes, sales orders as well as returns. I am responsible for incoming calls, emails as well as walk in customer. My daily duties are retail customers as well as weighing of trucks before delivery. Quality check on flowers as well as orders going out to nurseries and retail customers. Basic management of staff in my department is one of my top priorities as well. Extra duties given from higher management is also part of my daily duties.
