My role mainly included activities such as: organisational analysis and future design, HR transformation, maturity assessments, change management and operating model reviews

Paleis Het Loo is a palace located in Apeldoorn. The former royal residence has been open to the public. The palace can also be used for a wide range of events like weddings, concerts, seminars etc. I was part of the Events team and worked part-time while completing my study.

Master thesis 'Entrepreneurial Processes in a Cultural Context'. I conducted my research project in Malaysia, to find out to what extent national culture influences the way in which entrepreneurs use a causal or effectual type of process in the development of a new venture.
