A passion project to bring more awareness to New Zealanders of all backgrounds by shadowing and filming a 'Day in the Life' of different careers. The purpose being to raise awareness on a free platform (Youtube) that is accessible to all - videos that have currently been viewed over 70k times. This evolved to doing corporate career videos before giving it up to pursue other opportunities.

Leading the global strategy for Learning and Development for Deliveroo, one of the fastest growing start-ups revolutionising the food delivery space. In this role I was responsible for allocating the L&D global budget and creating the L&D strategy. I Executed a fortnightly company-wide 'firmwide' including leadership spotlights, external speakers and internal speakers; implemented face-to-face and virtual Mind Gym sessions for employees and managers, as well as partnering with Coursera to offer all permanent employees an online certificate in the field of their choice. I supported the first company-wide 360 degree feedback process and completed an RFP for a Learning Management System which was successfully implemented.

Responsible for reviewing, designing and implementing Deliveroo's onboarding and offboarding process, implementing a recruitment toolkit and reviewing Deliveroo's external employment brand.My final project in this role was to lead a global salary benchmarking exercise and the first annual salary review.

In this role I proactively managed Z’s recruitment function, from developing the recruitment strategy through to day to day recruitment processes and internal and external relationship management. I created and launched Z's Crew Promise (EVP) from scratch and updated the careers website, while providing world class candidate care and support to hiring managers. I increased Z's LinkedIn followers from 1,800 to 8,500 over a two year period, debriefed all candidates psychometric testing, and reviewed Z's agency panel in 2015.In addition, I partnered with a portfolio of Z Energy’s senior leaders and people leaders to develop, drive and deliver operational and tactical solutions aligned to the strategic People Plan, during a time of major change. I was their first port of call for all HR enquiries, operating as a key advisor and coach to people leaders and providing operational HR management advice. On top of this, I volunteered to organise the Movember campaign, rising over $5,000 for mens health, and was part of the organising committee of Z's Safety Day where I presented a session to over 600 people. This session was a creative Earthquake scenario which resulted in a Z 'Be Bold' hero finalist award.
