As the Procurement Manager at Pickit, I am responsible for establishing and leading the procurement function and team from scratch. I centralized warehousing and logistics categories for the Southern Cone region. I developed action plans to optimize supply costs for pallets, warehouse rentals, maintenance, and rolling equipment.
