Facility management ▪ Realisation of the maintenance of the field hockey club’s facilities in cooperation with the groundsman and external suppliers; ▪ Procurement daily articles and replacement investments; ▪ Processing in and outgoing invoices; being the first point of contact within the club. Event management ▪ Organizing a match between the national teams of NL and IRE in close cooperation with the Dutch fieldhockey federation. Providing adequate supplies for 2.400 spectators, both the national teams and the special guests; ▪ Supervizing and coordinating as a floor manager at the day of the match; ▪ Making appointments with external organisations for using the Hurley complex as venue for their event.

▪ Managing the member administration system LISA; internal helpdesk role; updating website content. ▪ Taking care of communications between club, volunteers, board, members. ▪ Organizing the celebration day for the club’s 95th anniversary. Supervizing and coordinating at the day itself.
