• Developed a strategic plan to find and implement a Scheduling and Communication tool to locate and reach on-call physicians at a hospital system’s level. • Initiated conversations with different vendors such as QGenda, MatchMD, and Symplr on a weekly basis, to assess their scheduling solutions, and reported finding to the Information Technology Team. • Created and consolidated detailed recommendations that would help make nurse-to-physician communications less complex, such as having the credentialing software as the single source of truth for physician contact information and optimizing the use of EPIC’s secure chat. • Co-led with the hospital’s I.T and Strategy teams to implement a state funded $1M project focused on Telemedicine. The project’s objective was to install “TytoCare” devices in 58 public schools in Oklahoma City. • Assisted in developing the 2022 Disaster Recovery plan.
