Between 2012, and 2017 the company achieved unprecedented set of results in all areas, in addition to becoming a total beverage organization versus a carbonated soft drink.• Delivered more than double the profitability numbers in those years.• Became the highest LRB market share for PI MEA region.• Jordan became the first certified “positive water balance” company for Pepsi International in the MEA region.• Achieved strong integrated corporate audit results with 7 processes chosen as best practices for PI, this result received special mention from PepsiCo CEO.• Mitigated the process of merger and acquisition in 2017 between PepsiCo International and Al-Qahtani Group.• Continued to lead the new joint venture as a PepsiCo secondee General Manager

In this role, I lead the entire sales, marketing, and supply chain functions; managing a total of 800 employees.• Started a journey of transforming the go to market system by introducing alternative sales & distribution model in the south and outsourcing most of the non-skilled jobs in sales and operations.• Launched intensive productivity and revenue management programs to help delivering the bottom line for the company in these years.

Relocated from the Levant market unit to Jordan in order to run the operation function that had tripled in size in terms of volume, revenue, & profit • Managed the launch of Aquafina table water brand in Jordan. The brand launched at such exceptional standards that it reached 25% of the total country market share in its first year. The quality results scored 100% in specs for the entire samples taken during that year.• Lead the plant to become the first PI COBO food safety certified as per the American International Bakery Institution (AIBI) standards.

Moved to Lebanon PepsiCo International office to lead the operations agenda in 3 key Levant markets as a franchise• Responsible to lead the operations agenda for 3 key Levant markets (Lebanon, Syria, and Iraq). A mix that includes franchise owned Pepsi bottlers, and JVs. The total area volume exceeds 200 million cases. • Lead the work of assessing and qualifying 3 new bottlers in Iraq. An assignment that involved full auditing of 4 plants with all their resources, and facilities.• Re-launched Pepsi, Mirinda, and 7-up brands in the Iraqi and Syrian markets
