CurrentRecruited by Sr. Manager to lead two teams of software developers responsible for support and maintenance of mission critical legacy systems used to process daily customer communications (billing statements, delinquency notices, check processing and adhoc custom letters).Additional responsibilities include member/customer support and issue resolution, research and evaluation of software solutions, contract negotiations, US Postal compliance, month end department analysis, and interviewing and hiring staff.Major accomplishments: - Improved member experience with enhanced solutions (monitoring USPS delivery, scheduling jobs, access detailed reporting online, returned check processing, and custom messenger letters). - Replacement of mail room equipment (cut sheet printing technology replaced with continuous roll fed printing). - Developed software solutions for real-time job scanning throughout the mail fulfillment operation (status, QC, US Postal integration). - Automation of Accounting and Scheduling (daily schedules, job instructions, and invoicing). - Creation of 3rd party print ordering system (order creation, artwork exchange and approval, and invoicing). - Developed partnership with vendor for handling non-automation mail (financial and operational efficiencies). - Replacement of legacy processing on physical PC’s to cloud based processing (long term scalability and stability).
