The TIO is an alternative to the court process and holds the dual role of dispute resolution and industry improvement.My role manages all learning and development activities within the TIO including via eLearning and face-to-face delivery.

This was my second stint with Telstra. I was contacted and asked back.Assessed the required capabilities and current strengths through a training needs analysis of the workforce. This ensured the provision of professional development courses.Delivered learning for work processes, product knowledge, systems knowledge andpolicies and procedures to new inductees both face-to-face and via eLearning.Reviewed and evaluated all training and assessment activities in the interests ofcontinuous improvement.
