CSM Live provide branding and live events that enhance the customer experience in sport, cultural, commercial and retail environments.I joined CSM Live to work on the city dressing programme for London 2012 on a 1-year contract from August 2011, initially working with 15 GLA boroughs, then several host cities, local authorities and finally with ports of entry. My role included advising and providing an initial scope service by utilising the Look Book kit of parts; with a brief to maximize the Look and Feel branding, identify and develop bespoke and additional revenue opportunities and enhance the spectator and visitor experience. Whilst adhering to the unique Brand Protection restrictions imposed by LOCOG and the IOC.As part of this role I identified and delivered several additional revenue opportunities including: Stansted Airport, DLR, Port of Dover, Eurotunnel and HS1. In September 2012 I was then offered a permanent sales and business development position. During 2013 & 2014 I identified and delivered number of new branding / signage projects at the Millennium stadium, Lords, Kia Oval, Northamptonshire CCC, British Cycling and Lee Valley Velopark, as well as campus and “Open Day” branding for Loughborough, Reading & Kent Universities. I developed the branding and wayfinding for the Royal Borough of Greenwich Tall Ships race in Sept 2014, which attracted over 1.1 million visitors. During the Autumn of 2014 and spring 2015 I worked with England 2015 and their host cities to develop the 1YTG activation and tournament time city dressing plans, including the fan zones.Key skills acquired during this role include:Strong understanding of signage, branding and overlay materials Excellent communication and presentation skillsIdentify unique opportunitiesMaximise additional revenue opportunitiesHighly developed client management skills, working with stakeholders at various levels within Local Authorities and bodies such as LOCOG, ODA & England 2015
