This project was to "workflow" business Human Resources processes so that all employees could complete various workflow requests via HRXpress.

Phase one of this project included testing the new Electronic Lodgement application to ensure external Brokers could submit Mortgage applications via the internet, either by writing an application directly to St George by accessing a secure St George website (Browser) or by uploading XML files to the Electronic Lodgement system. Phase two included documenting a gap analysis between the Electronic Lodgement system and the current St George Residential Lending system (CLAS). The aim was to facilitate direct processing without any manual intervention. The aim was to also provide Conditional Approval on loans and have a feedback system to e-mail statusreports back to each individual brokers.

Designing and documenting Use Cases using Rational products and following the RUP Methodology. The system was a lending system facilitating both Residential Home and Portfolio Loans and the cross selling of credit cards to customers. Interface mapping to Host systems
