I’m the Managing Director at Pera Business Park, responsible for the management and development of it’s 10 acre site together with the day to day operations of the business park.In 2016 I took the role of Managing Director at Pera Business Park with the ambition to provide a flexible office rental model that works with the companies and allows them to focus on their core business activity, without the distraction that usually comes with owning or renting an office.With more than 10 years’ experience in site and facilities management I can advise on the ideal office size and layouts which can be tailored to suit the needs of each company.I have used my commercial mindset to develop and grow the successful business park we see today, which is now home to over 100 businesses.
