Audit on Safe Distance Measures and Safe Management Measures under the Covid-19 Temporary Measures Act 2020. I lead a team of audit inspectors in auditing the premises at the accommodation for business travelers at "Connect@Changi". It is a travel bubble that is the first of its kind in the world, that allows businesses to hold their meetings with the local counterparts, without posing a risk to the community as they are not allowed to be roaming outside the bubble. As a team leader for the audit inspectors, my responsibilities are to maintain the discipline and ensure that they execute their duties accordingly, professionally and efficiently. Administrative functions of my role includes verifying claims, time sheets and planning the shift roster. When I am needed to rise to the occasion, I am required to mitigate any conflicts between stakeholders and my officers. In the event of a breach, it is my duty as the team leader to ensure that evidences are obtained and gathered in a timely manner for submission to the investigation officers. As the unit is currently expanding, I work with a team of supervisors in formulating standard operating procedures (SOPs) as well as dedicated workflows that will enable the the audit inspectors to be empowered and adept in executing their duties. By observing and critically analyzing potential breaches and safety concerns when I am on my rounds with my team of officers, the feedback from the ground officers are then assessed and integrated for improvement in the workflow.
