Experienced in evaluating the dilemmas, pitfalls, and practical solutions in both New Market Entries and building New-to-Industry value chains spanning H2, RNG/LNG, HEFA, and value chain integration including Power and CCUS. Investing in the energy transition must create value for our Shareholders, but if we wait to be fully certain of that value, we might either be too late to win, or wisely avoid getting swept up in a bubble. It can be hard to know which without curious and creative exploration of the tail outcomes. Starting from the fundamental table-stake of environmental sustainability that will stand the test of time, we need to clearly identify the set of decisions we have in both our, and our partners’ control or influence, recognize with humility and transparency our potential biases, include the fact that in-action isn’t risk free either, recall the lessons learned, but remember the past isn’t the future, quantify it all as best we can, and take the next step forward.
