• Manage a team of 5 staff in ensuring the smooth operation of the daily pricing activities of each of the Police Mutual Funds and ensure these funds are priced in accordance with the ABI Good Practice Guide.• Measure and review each of the team against their monthly objectives and implemented bi-weekly team meetings to ensure training plan on track.• Manage relationship with BNP Paribas who act as the outsource function for one of the PMAS funds.

 Preparation of the monthly management board reports and reporting to the parent company, Skipton Building Society within the group timescales. Responsible for the maintenance and update of the business accounting software by acting as the system administrator with a view to assessing the benefits of updates and their application into the department. Ensure intercompany charges are as agreed including the analysis of the monthly salary costs and arrange for the settlement of the account.
