The main focus of my work history has been in the third sector. This has centred on projects with a remit on community involvement, employability, health, regeneration, young people and outreach projects - with the aim of helping people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Much of this time has been spent working in a managerial capacity running various projects that have supported individuals and whole-family approaches, which have included contract-compliance towards meeting targets and outcomes.I am organised and methodical by nature, and realise the importance of time-management, and the need to create a good first impression of myself – and of the company. I organise my own diary and am proficient at coordinating differing priorities. I am friendly and extremely approachable, and always have time for people, whatever the situation. I am a good communicator, and get on with people from all spheres of society; having worked in disadvantaged areas in most of my roles.
