11 years since waving Pharma market research good-bye, here I am gazing out on the vicarage lawn wondering what happened? All is very well, absolutely loving this job, overseeing the growth of our churches in Merstham and, excitingly, planting a brand new one on Merstham housing estate. With due respect to all you wonderful colleagues from past phases of life, I've never been happier and this feels like exactly what Gen (my wife) and I were made for. Happy Days.

Pretty much 9 years (really?!) after hanging up my Business Intel boots supporting the Pharma industry here I am in a fantastic job with a fab church in Reigate, UK. LinkedIn informs me my industry sector is now 'Religious Institutions' though if I could have multitabbed I'd have preferred to describe it as a blend of Human Resources, Farming & Fishing and Alternative medicine (for the soul). So there it is. 3 years ago happily engrossed in the cut and thrust of business intelligence in a London healthcare agency. 2 years ago going back to school to train - now school's out and I am ordained as a minister in the Church of England.
