I have co-founded successful health and care organisations including Health Skills, a training and development consultancy, About Health, a vibrant provider of clinical services with contracts and Open Junction, a highly respected know-how and networks organisation that works hand in hand with groups of clinicians, managers and directors to develop innovative solutions to challenging issues. 

I am regarded as instrumental in forming and developing a significant number of GP Federations, GP Provider organisations and Super Practices across the country and am widely recognised as a leading expert in this field. Constantly at the forefront of developing new clinical pathways and innovative services to enable organisations to meet the Primary Care challenge. Specialises in alliance contracting and collaborative working agreements to improve patient care. Leads on market sector briefings to a range of clients including GPs, LMCs, CCGs, secondary care organisations and private companies. 

Works closely with a broad range of corporate clients including household names from the facilities management, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. Works at both strategic and operational levels and has been instrumental in enabling organisations to better understand the new health and care market.
