CurrentSuzan is Open Junction’s Associate Executive Coach, and has worked with many organisations’ CEO’s, Board Members, Directors and team members. Suzan’s role is that of a confidential thinking companion and sounding board. Her method is based on ‘solution focused’ coaching which facilitates self-improvement by assisting the individual in systematically acquiring the skills and tools to unlock their potential by developing a clear vision of the journey they’re embarking on, discover the barriers that stand in the way of achieving professional and personal goals and to achieve clarity, inspiration, motivation and ultimately success.Suzan has over ten years’ experience as a General Manager within the NHS, with overall responsibility for the strategic planning, policy implementation, legislative/statutory compliance, team management, service delivery, and is highly experienced in the management of diverse, multi-site portfolios and the subsequent challenges these environments bring. Suzan has led a number of major consultancy and auditing projects in health and care organisations across the UK resulting in improved compliance with regulations, reducing organisational risk and generating significant cost savings. and also provides CQC advice and support to New Provider Organisations, assisting them to achieve successful registration with the CQC.
