Suzan has led a number of major consultancy and auditing projects in health and care organisations across the UK resulting in improved compliance with regulations, reducing organisational risk and generating significant cost savings. and also provides CQC advice and support to New Provider Organisations, assisting them to achieve successful registration with the CQC.
