A newly created role reporting to the CFO and accountable for designing, planning, and executing a number of transformational projects across the Group, these included:Development of an ERP strategy and implementation plan:Working closely with the CIO and Business leads to develop and deploy an ERP strategy for the Group. Progressed ERP improvement and implementation plans with an ERP project team, ERP software providers and system integrators. Led ERP pre-FEED and ‘sprint’ exercises in advance of full project sanction.
