-Proficient in utilizing various centralized exchanges (CEXes) and decentralized exchanges (DEXes) such as Gate.io, Kucoin, PancakeSwap (PCS), Uniswap, and Raydium. -Execute trades and facilitate buying/selling of coins to enhance liquidity within order books, managing daily trading volumes ranging from 100K to 1M. -Collaborate closely with the IT team to develop, refine, and implement trading strategies including delta neutral and grid trading methodologies. -Facilitate communication with traders, operations, and developers to address trading impacts resulting from cryptocurrency listings. -Provide comprehensive summaries of listing status and promptly report outstanding issues to Trading desks for resolution. -Proactively manage listing timelines, ensuring quality standards are met, and promptly identify and escalate potential issues as necessary. -Contribute to project management activities, including overseeing project timelines, preparing status updates and reports, managing Jira tasks, and ensuring successful project delivery within established timelines

-Respond on inquiries on issues faced on platform using CRM platform (token sale, exchange, wallets, 2FA)-Design processes to improve customer churn rate-Work closely with operations team across EU and US to align daily priorities-Use Twitter to reply to customer queries

-Educate telegram, Twitter community of >17,000 members to use the DApp-Conduct Twitter spaces and post Twitter content of Bigwin to drive engagement-Motivate community to be evangelists of BigWin-Deploy Rose Bot to set social commands (welcome, common text replies, kick, filter, ban)-Deploy Price Bot to set price commands (price, volume, charts)
