Our team specializes in strategic risk management and business services offering a suite of services from internal audit and consultancy to procurement. The continuation of Barcud as a not-for-profit, alongside the formation of Astari Limited, exemplifies our commitment to social purpose and service excellence.At the helm, my role involves steering our organisation towards steering our organisation towards growth and greater support for the organisations we work with, seizing opportunities through robust risk management frameworks. Barcud continues to provide IA services to its Members, whilst Astari provides the same services to other organisations including United Welsh, Tai Ceredigion and North Devon Homes. Other services provided include risk management workshops and training, consultancy, information systems auditing, project management support and business continuity workshops / testing, to name but a few.
