Regional Sales Manager
CurrentAn experienced and driven regional sales manager responsible for driving sales and turnover of the Northern builders merchant sales team of 8 managers, working closely with the teams and categories within the Wienerberger organisation.Sept 2018 - further restructuring to our sales sectors has resulted in regional changes now i am managing our Merchant sector sales business across East Anglia, the Midlands and Northern regions of the UK delivering the teams budget & strategic ambitions within our Merchant and regional developer sectors.Developing Brand awareness and strengthening senior relationships with the Merchant buying groups, National & Independent merchants & specialist suppliers, working closely with our National accounts team to develop growth within the National Merchant sector.Mentoring and training responsilbilies with my own team to ensure they have all the tools and confidence required to be the best at their role.My experience now covers the National team having been working within the Southern region 4 years previously.I now have 35 years experience in the roofing and Brick manufacturing / sales sector
