Providing enabling works to London Undergrounds main contractor Birse Metro, streetworks, service diversion. temporary traffic management, at Victoria Station in London.we had a wide range of activities, including civil engineering. we rebuilt a bridge deck over a large sewer on a major trunk road. we had to divert the congestion charge corridor, maintain it 24 hours a day. carry out night works, dig up and restate over a weekend, in a busy and congested travel hub. liaise with local authorities, businesses and residents. two major theatres, negotiate noise, working restrictions. security issues. traffic problems. as well as the client London Underground.
