I started my career as student worker with Malta's IRD (Inland Revenue Department) assisting with day-to-day duties. A year later (2017), once I graduated from the University of Malta in the BSc. (Hons.) Business & IT degree, I started working in the private sector as an Implementation Consultant. In this role I gained experience working with various clients requiring an IT Solution, particularly ERPs, to improve their business processes with an integrated software, managed by its people. As part of this role, I learned to listen to real-world problems experienced by businesses in various fields such as the Distribution and Finance sectors, and in return identify solutions to each challenge.As part of my dynamic role, apart from Implementation of ERP systems, I also have been involved in Software Testing of bespoke applications and customisations. My key strengths include strong communication skills (both written and verbal), dedication to exceeding the end-users' demands in a timely manner, high attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
