Nigel is an experienced Cinematographer and Motion control Operator working in features and commercials with a strong visual effects background.Nigel began his career as an engineer with Panavision (Joe Dunton Cameras) and as a freelancer with Cinesite Shepperton went on to work his way through the grades of the camera department by working on the vfx, model and underwater units of prestigious productions such as Harry Potter, James Bond, The Golden Compass (which won an Oscar for Best Achievement in Visual Effects), V for Vendetta (Nominated for Ves Award Outstanding models miniatures) and Band of Brothers (Nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Special Visual Effects).With his commitment and hard work, Nigelʼs career has led him to work alongside some of the UKʼs leading visual effects supervisors and cinematographers.
