Also conduct on site high value, farm & agriculture residential inspections within the Manitoba, Northern Ontario and Saskatchewan regions.

• Organize and schedule residential inspections directly with customers• Perform on- site inspections of property to determine potential loss exposures and measure the risks along with relevant structures and outbuildings to accumulate accurate data for insurance purposes• Present all findings and recommendations in a detailed replacement cost report that is issued to insurance company underwriters nationally for their review• Provide accurate site plans with detailed measurements and distances of all structures on the premises to ensure submission and policy data is accurate• Provide excellent interpersonal skills while working closely and communicating with brokers and insured’s on a daily basis• Attend regular seminars and/or webinars to keep current with all current codes and solid fuel burning appliances • Assist the national sales team with monthly visits and relationship building events with insurance company clientele in the Winnipeg region• Working irregular hours including evenings and weekends• Travel between 3 provinces as required • Endure weather and other outdoor related hazards on a daily basis
