I Develop Infor Eam to custom fit the needs of my employer, Pushing the boundaries of the pre-canned screens and functions of EAM. This included analyzing current processes. Finding bottlenecks or issues, and coming up with a proper long term solution that resolved behavioral or time consuming problems. Preventative maintenance programs and checklist solution to guide technicians through proper maintenance to ensure machines are taken care of. Design meaningful reports that take the information beast that is EAM, draw useful information, and present it in a way that can be understood. This allows us to find deep seated issues and resolve long running problems, saving many hours of down time per year. I designed and setup a Digital Root Cause Analysis (DRCA) for our WO system, built right into the main page page to streamline issue management and production communication. Wrote Business rules to govern when to require the analysis (performed by the maintenance tech) and when not to. Developed software that guided production processes and tracked product through various stages of building. This provides pivotal data to optimize production yield. Many more things as they come up. Someone needs information, a process optimized, website designed, sharepoint setup, job automated etc. I just figure out a way to get the job done. Additionally. Provide support to IT, Engineering and Maintenance for fixing issues with Production machinery.

Much of the work was even able to be done remotely, which made it easier to manage many clients and companies at the same time.

Tested newly released software.Stacked a variety of hardware in multi-leveled comparisons to highlight weaknesses and strengths of computer hardware. Reviewed the Software with an unbiased outlook. This helped me develop an analytical view to things i took for granted or didn't notice before. I appreciate the opportunity this gave me, since I walked away with skills that aid me to this day.
