Management for the 5 holiday parks within the portfolio to ensure delivery of operational improvements in a timely manner ensuring minimal impact to occupancy and revenue streams.Mentoring and development of the supporting management team to deliver best in class service and provide support and guidance to the wider team.

 Delivery of company quality objectives though each individual contract to achieve ISO 9001- 2015 accreditation.  Developed and executed the training strategy including the deployment of training for each individual on each contract across all levels  Delivery of Service Level Agreements to all existing customers  Developed the group strategy for best in class customer service in all aspects of business  Responsible for compliance and conformance for the group to Esos (Mandatory Energy saving opportunities Scheme)

 Increased revenue on the account by £20m against the annual budget within a 12 month period Managed the overall recruitment and on-boarding of a 270% workforce increase over a 9 month period. This resulted in a workforce of 950 deployed on site to facilitate the phenomenal growth in Vehicle production and new model launches.  Implemented a new management structure at all levels in the onsite organisation
