Responsible for the business analysis effort for the implementation of the Australian Government's new TCSI ("Transforming the Collection of Student Information") reporting system for clients. Led regular meetings with customers to identify new, changed or existing data elements in their systems that would be needed for TCSI, analysed and designed new features to be incorporated into systems to support it, and participated in the testing effort for those features in the PeopleSoft student management system as a whole.
