• Responsible for managing and motivating staff across 2 sites • Overseeing the day to day running of 2 sites ensuring that they were compliant with BP and Lotto standards• Reporting directly to the General Manager.• Weekly staff payroll• Data entry• HR Duties – Dealing with all aspects of recruitment; staff leave, disciplinary procedures, dealing with any issues before they become serious• Provide training to all staff to ensure customers were receiving excellent service• OSH and HASNO safety compliance• Successfully increased both sites to be within the top 10 BP2Go in New Zealand. My goal was to have dealer of the year if I was to stay with the business• Lotto trained• I have a good rapport with reps and merchandisers from multiple companies. From the all years I have worked in this industry I have made a few professional friendships with long standing company reps.• Overseeing the rebranding and rebuild of sites becoming BP2Go from Owner/Operated BP; Shop rebuilds inside and out, planograms and monthly specials implemented on time• Very competent at using Microsoft Office Suite • Whilst I have been a multi-site and operations manager I have still made time, daily to serve customers alongside my staff. • Same duties as above but when the business sold 3 sites my job title and duties changed to reflect having less sites and staff• Having overall accountability for the operation of multiple BP service station sites• Overseeing overall management of BP2Go Mairehau, BP Westburn, BP Marshlands BP2Go Linwood & BP2Go Halswell• Reporting directly to company owners• Project Management • Overseeing the rebranding and rebuild of sites becoming BP2Go from Owner/Operated BP; Shop rebuilds inside and out, planograms and monthly specials implemented on time and having sites ready for new ownerships regarding stocktaking all stock, account holders notified, helping staff interview with new owner or getting them ready to apply for jobs elsewhere.
