We worked alongside counsel to review the claims, procedural steps and drafting of supporting documentation to seek fortification of the Plaintiff’s undertaking as to damages.Acted on behalf of China-owned mobile phone provider with locations in Hong Kong with respect to the termination of staff. Drafting and negotiation of termination and settlement agreements.Acted on behalf of a client with respect to the sale and purchase of 14 registered ships flying the Hong Kong flag along with the transfer of ownership. We further assisted with the sale and purchase of 2 Hong Kong local vessels and the respective transfer of ownership and operating licences. We provided one-stop services from drafting the underlying contractual sale documents, liaising with the contractual parties and the shipping management company to preparing the applications to the Hong Kong Marine Department.
