It is a sad fact that we are living longer but unhealthier lives, we are suffering from serious age related conditions earlier than our parents due to our lifestyle choices, we are literally choosing to make ourselves ill through our daily habits.Through education, inspiration and perspiration we want to help as many people as possible change their outcomes and create healthy habits that dramatically reduce their chances of developing symptoms of cancer, diabetes, heart disease stroke, dementia and alzheimers, About Me:I had an epiphany about my health and lifestyle when I reached the same age that my father was when he had a triple heart by-pass. A detailed health report showed high cholesterol, high blood pressured a significant chance of a heart attack in the next 10 years. This prompted me to take action, I changed my diet, exercise, sleep and habits and started focussing on the one thing that is truly important, YOUR HEALTH. I researched everything I could find on how to reverse and slow the symptoms of ageing, David Sinclair -Lifespan. Giulia Enders - Gut, Longevity Diet - Dr Valter Longo, Glucose Revolution -Jessie Inchauspe, Diary of a CEO- Stephen Bartlett, , Dr Peter Attia and Andrew Huberman. From this research and my own actions I reversed all my symptoms of ageing and lost over 3 and a half stone (over 20 kilos) and have competed in 4 Triathlon events.I live on a regenerative agriculture farm where we encourage natural systems to improve the soil and environment.I have over 35 years experience in leadership and management in a range of fields including Finance, Property Development, Logistics, Hospitality , Utilities and Recruitment.A few achievements• Built SME financial services business from 5 people to 50 leading to trade sale in 7 years.• Interested in Green technologies and renewable energy, we have wind turbine, solar PV, Ground Source Heat pump and Solar Thermal on our regenerative agriculture farm.• Keen sportsman and volunteer coach for youth football and cricket. • Single figure handicap golfer, former club captain, 2 holes in 1 and had the pleasure to play 3 holes of golf with Seve Ballesteros 2 weeks before he won the open, it must have been the tips I gave him.• Motor Racing enthusiast, competing in endurance racing.
