In my role at BNZ Markets, I have reinvigorated our Sales teams' reporting system. My achievements in this role include revolutionising BNZ's flagship loan product management through a state-of-the-art website, transitioning from Tableau to Power BI, and orchestrating an innovative web application reviving our FX trading pricing system.

My journey as an Analyst Programmer in Wholesale Finance was filled with transformative undertakings. I digitalised a previously manual 280-page reporting system, enhancing P&L controls and empowering auditors with direct system access. Leading a vast data warehouse revamp, I consolidated data from 16 disparate systems, ensuring prompt data access and addressing system inefficiencies. This role also saw me championing the architecture of a comprehensive balance sheet reconciliation system and providing mentorship to budding SQL developers. My distinct achievements during this period include slashing the Profit and Loss reporting time, receiving two global innovation awards for my transformative contributions, and pioneering critical risk metrics as a representative of Finance in the Markets operational risk consortium.

I worked on a large project to deliver a standard desktop environment across all 5,500 bank computers and refresh all branch technology infrastructure.In the role I replaced planned manual analysis and data gathering process with an automated VB script process. This increase accuracy of data and reduce time costs.Created SQL server project database to consolidate all data and systems allowing easier management reporting and removing data discrepancies. This included design of VB user interface and data validation as well as development of stored procedures.
