• Prepared the technology and digital procurement plans in the RFP process to move the Pensions Administration system to a new cloud-based vendor, and part of the decision-making selection team;• Led multiple projects simultaneously to deliver the new cloud-based pensions administration system which included major security enhancements and a significant business transformation;• Defined and set priorities to facilitate achievement of operational objectives with a focus on implementing initiatives to safeguard the pension’s infrastructure against security breaches;• Led, mentored and coordinated a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team of up to 20 people throughout the end to end project lifecycle ensuring deliverables were achieved and progress effectively monitored;• Engaged with many key stakeholders including internal and external regulatory teams, existing vendors, new vendors and business leadership and trustees;• Led technical functions and drove continuous improvement strategies for many projects and day-to-day operations;• Built, managed and maintained effective relationships with international vendors to successfully manage incidents;• Developed and implemented a Cloud-based system for management information collation, processing and reporting.
