    C.P. Hart is a UK bathroom supplier to professionals, the trade and retail customers. Joined a small marketing team to grow the C.P Hart brand, establishing long-term relationships with an audience of design professionals, developers, builders and installers, and driving growth in the retail business through 14 showrooms.Improved the quality and range of marketing materials, based on research amongst our professional audience. Introduced a comprehensive events programme including CPDs, design seminars, products launches and relationship-building social events.Developed a digital strategy for the business with the aim of delivering a full omni-channel offer and growing from scratch a significant eCommerce business. Planned and launched a new website platform with full eCommerce capability in June 2015. Most marketing functions now take place ‘in house’, from design and copywriting to search marketing and events management, with only media buying and PR outsourced. Led Multiyork through a major change to their brand strategy, and B2B client Infinity through a complete corporate rebranding – from logo to office design and culture. Responsible for WFCA’s client services team (at its peak 22 people), including recruitment, training and development, budgets and effective deployment. A key focus was building WFCA’s reputation as brand strategists and creative practitioners beyond its retail and FMCG heartland, and winning client business in new sectors. The results included wins such as Patak’s curry pastes, ZIP ignition products, Clarence Court eggs and Codorniu.

(ii). Philips WorldwideWorked with the Domestic Appliances division on the launch of the Bodygroom all-over male shaver and the SmartTouch-XL premium electric shaver. The UK was the test market for Bodygroom, and the launch exceeded all expectations. The microsite became a major talking point for the blogging community, driving huge traffic to the site and raising anticipation levels for the product launch around the world.(iii). Nationwide Building SocietyAdvised on how digital will change the financial services industry, and how their site could become more useful to customers and prospects, and more valuable to their business.(iv). Teacher Training AgencyDeveloped a new website design on their existing site template to be more effective at getting visitors to register their interest.
