Responsible for Team McLaren Ltd (TML), which managed McLaren Technology Group's merchandising and licensing interests on a global basis. Grew TML's revenues and profits substantially over 12 years to a record level in my last full year (2017). Created merchandising and/or licensing partnerships with Hugo BOSS, TAG Heuer, Lego, Samsonite, Specialized, Marks & Spencer, New Era, Fanatics and many other blue chip global companies.

Group Marketing Director, Operating Board member and shareholder. Led the Marketing function including Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Marketing Communication and New Business Development including eCommerce. Contributed to substantial and sustained company growth from US$40m in 1989 to in excess of US2 billion in 2005. Played a pivotal role in company’s sale to Liz Claiborne Inc (US conglomerate) in 2001 with earn-out concluded at end-2005.

Post-University, I performed various Product Marketing functions at one of the world’s leading FMCG companies: Nestle. Worked across a variety of product categories such as Canned Culinary, Confectionary and, ultimately, Nescafé as Nestle's flagship brand.
