My passion is growing businesses into strong resilient and enjoyable ventures, if not adventures. We all love a good adventure!I've done the hard yards in the start-up world, seen success and failure and learned much from both. I have worked with enterprise scale businesses and Government, harvesting opportunities, solving problems and delivering complex change projects. I understand how difficult it is to get started and grow, and how easy it is to lose your way and stagnate.I have been a founder of several start-ups, built them into quality, profitable organisations and exited via a trade sale. I have also helped other founders on their journey, short and long term, helping them grow and move from unstable and uncertain, to focussed and successful.
