I am currently a Creative Partner at London based brand and product design agency Echo. I joined 9 years ago primarily to build and head up the graphic branding offer charged with elevating it to the same level of competence and importance as the well established product and innovation disciplines already in place. This has already proved a significant success directly resulting in tangible business growth within the existing client base as well as some exciting new business wins. We work for major International blue chip organisations such as Unilever, Molson Coors and O2 as well as local brand market owners and smaller independent companies. The business offers brand and product innovation, brand creation, brand development, structural design/packaging design, new product development and brand implementation and technical support.I have worked for 30+ years in the branding ( for agencies and independently ) business on a broad portfolio of major national and international brands in sectors as diverse as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food, confectionary, electronic consumerables, telecommunications, toys, pharmaceuticals and personal care. At Futurebrand and Ziggurat I was responsible for the creative direction of consumer-focused brands for a wide variety of key clients. These clients include such household names as Unilever, Cadbury Schweppes, Nokia, GSK, Diageo, Proctor & Gamble, Bass, Inbev, Electrolux, Heinz, Nestle, Pepsi Co, Coca-Cola, United Biscuits and Hasbro.As well as an impressive personal portfolio of creative work, I have been responsible for finding, recruiting and mentoring several outstanding creatives over the years. I am currently a member of D&AD and have been profiled in the design press, the Evening Standard and the Times.
