Spearheaded a school transformational programme to promote 21st century teaching and learning involving 23 other teachers and two classes (62 students). Shared initiative at District and National Level (Trust School Conference). Engaged the School Board of Directors, Parents Teachers Association, Alumni and private sector (e.g. YTL Foundation, 100% Project) to raise more than RM20,000 to makeover a classroom. Mentored a group of 12 students to join STEM-based competitions using Lego Robotics Kit and Arduinos. One team emerged as the 2nd Runner-up in the Young Innovate Competition (National Level).
