I have over 22 years’ experience as a qualified post RIBA III Architect in the design and construction of major capital works within the Higher Education, Further Education, Public and Private Sectors. Furthermore, I have experience in Historic Restoration Work, Sustainable Design and Urban Master planning. As such, I possess advice and architectural experience that creates lasting, tangible commercial advantages - knowledge that has been the catalyst for success in many projects of master-planning and student residential builds. Consequently, developments have been constructed that provide forward-thinking economic value for clients; practicality and a benefit to a city’s urban landscape.My commitment to developing long-term relationships with clients has been a major factor in the success of Stem Architects and the vast portfolio of projects Stem has completed for the University of Lincoln. Most notably works include; the design and project management of the Brayford Pool Campus for the University of Lincoln, a project that totaled £200m in capital investment and the development of the Lincoln University Master-plan from 2002-2010. Significant award-winning projects include the iconic Great Central Warehouse Library (Winner - RIBA East Midlands Awards) and the AAD school of Art, Architecture & Design (Winner - Brick Awards). More recently, my efforts have been focused on the student residential sector, planning and constructing large commercial developments in-order to meet the demand of the growing student market.
