 Preparation of financial statements monthly (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow). Sales analysis report (comparing actual sales vs budget/reforecast) and providing comments on the variances after discussion with the Sales managers across the department. Aged Inventory analysis and the movement of the inventories. Lead the close of books of accounts each month and bank reconciliations.  Assist the finance function with general accounting entries or other such activities as advised. Analyze financial statements and reports and provide financial, business and tax advice. Prepare monthly requirement closing books of accounts and bank reconciliations.  Preparing Invoice, sending payment reminders and updating accounts  Maintain track record of Firm expenses.  Preparation in income tax TDS return and GST return. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all Tax Returns. Preparing Document for check post Authorities under Kerala Goods and Service Tax Work directly with account’s receivables team in handling the reports. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support.
