• P&L and BS reporting, brand wise profitability measurement, Variance measurement & analysis, MIS, Inventory reconciliation, Obsolesce measurement, Manpower reporting, Inventory actualization quarterly, CWIP capitalization & investment reporting, KPI reporting• Quarterly Product wise actual & standard profitability reporting at brand & division level• Liaison with Tax team for GST compliance, pending tax receivables & other indirect tax related issues.• Coordination with Central finance for Payables & Receivables monitoring• QPR & APR filling for EOU & Net foreign earning monitoring, tracking of MEIS & integrating in financial results• Long term simulations to measure cost development & action plan to keep cost under control• Working in SAP & SOPIC ERP and developing system & logic enhancement which helps to reduce system interface issue for smooth flow of entry & transaction

Preparing Monthly/Quarterly forecast reporting: Order Intake, Factory Delivery, Order Backlog, Operation P&L, Scorecard KPI, Manufacturing Capital, ALSIS Qty (Unit wise complete order details), Productivity details, various monthly consumption MIS, Data consolidation of all factories for reporting & preparing explanation summary CBA evaluation & analysis for new investments Yearly Budgeting for factories & support departments, Allocation of common cost to factories Calculating the new product’s cost, Updating std. cost of all items during budget in Movex (ERP) & ASTRADA (ABC costing) system Analyzing all type of Variances, Inventory & Cost booking and discussing with responsible person Preparing various reports as per the management needs (past trends, consolidation of data, integrated reporting etc.) Co-ordinating with Product Group (Sweden) for regular updates & concerns related to order, delivery, volume & cost Interact with statutory auditors on matters of Operation warranty provisions and Purchase & Material variances Liaison with Corporate finance & Sales team for forecast, product cost, reporting information, margin analysis, transfer price issues, sales quotation, volume forecast etc. Projects Preparing simulation of P&L, B/S and performance report for various scenario as per instruction of management & need of project (actively involved in one green field & one major restructuring project) Mapping of ERP events with consultation of IT as per the requirement
