Commercial Account Manager
Current•Lead and develop marketing and commercial plans for UAE region, with special focus on Dubai market•Working to manage brands and high-end clients panning Government and Private sectors •Develop a holistic Exhibitions & Events strategy for Key Accounts •Identifying business opportunities and working with multi-functional team to build cohesive commercial plans quarterly and yearly•Lead and collaborate with experts in different subject matters like design, content creation, technology implementation, production, execution, event management, estimation, costing, procurement, to deliver an end-to-end service to the clients•Deliver sales targets and contribute in department & company growth •Successful design and deployment of client brief. Ensure turn-key execution for the client. Identify client’s needs and wants for all services, provide inputs for Research & Development and Creative team to design the right solution (Exhibition\Event\Interior) to win local business •Craft promotion and pricing strategy. Negotiating on final terms and project approvals.•Work with other functional teams to find the best solution of supply chain to manage the costs within affordable level
