Utilize core methodology to coordinate and drive Philanthropy Operations projects. Leverage all relevant resources, including team members, Feeding America stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and contractors, in order to meet milestones and deliver projects as planned. Oversee the implementation of large scale projects, including the conversion to a new CRM solution.Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.Own and formalize project methodology, including defining in-scope deliverables, their respective RACIs, and maintaining their relevance/accuracy throughout the length of the implementation.
