While starting my journey at Nuwave as a marketing communication specialist I created and analyzed weekly sales reports as well as assisted in managing account payables. Additionally, I created and operated e-commerce marketing campaigns and TV campaigns with media vendors. As I became more familiar with the company and the industry I began managing product development for multiple product lines including design and logic through internal and external communications. After about 4 months with Nuwave, I then increased my presence within the media team at Nuwave where I led all marketing campaigns and initiatives, and social media operations, and executed and reported on data for those campaigns directly to C-suite executives. In the second semester of my senior year at Indiana University, I was fortunate enough to study abroad in Nice, France. However to get a full experience of life in France I wanted to gain international work experience which is when I started my employment with Leactivnice.Leactivnice is a startup company in the communications industry where I performed various activities such as: organizing and directing my own event series Trivia Night (Quiz Voyage) while communicating with vendors and customers in French and English, as well as upholding a social media presence of Leactivnice through various marketing platforms such as Meetup, OVS, Facebook, and Instagram. To manage the company website I used Wordpress which I have a good level of understanding of now as well.I have developed cultural awareness and believe I am able to serve as a cultural bridge between the United States and France through my experience at Leactivnice which was combined with an Internship Seminar where I conducted culture research on my position and the French workplace in relation to cultural differences.

Working at Coaches Bar & Grill has primarily improved my ability to multitask. While starting my part-time job here my freshman year at Indiana University Bloomington I was able to apply my knowledge and experience in the restaurant business and develop my skills in the general hospitality industry, as well as upholding discipline in my work and education balance.I started my employment mainly as a hostess in the restaurant where I was able to provide the hotel customers and the general public with exceptional service. As a hostess, my responsibilities included keeping a pleasant and clean work environment for employees and customers, and communicating with customers to satisfy their needs and provide them with the environment they desire the most inside the restaurant as well as aiding each staff member to provide support as an assistant for each role in the restaurant.After I was able to obtain my liquor license in the state of Indiana I took on a server role in the restaurant, simultaneously as one of the senior employees in the front of the house I was able to help the newly appointed management to create training materials as well as train multiple new employees myself.

My experience at TransUnion was filled with a lot of technical development as I navigated through the fast-paced environment of an information technology firm. As my main project for the internship, I analyzed operation programs to automate a stage in the process flow of consultants which led to saving a customer engagement employee over 4000 hours annually. However, besides working on this project I was able to support the analysts as well as consultants through various operational activities. I have also created a knowledge database through Confluence to ensure the standardization of information and easy access for new and current employees. Additionally, I supported the management team by preparing bi-weekly reports using Microsoft Excel.In this position, I was able to combine my Business Analytics skills as I explored the operational and technological side of the banking industry.

My position in GSAC was my first experience in the finance industry as a part of a work-study program in my senior year at Downers Grove North High School. I started out working as a financial assistant with new customers months after they would have purchased a vehicle from one the automobile dealerships Greater Suburban Acceptance Corporation was cooperating with. After about a month I was eager to grow my skill sets. I moved into the risk management department where I assessed potential customers on risk and return, in addition to aiding the collections department in various aspects and helping the legal department in filing and faxing documents. I also took on the role of a bookkeeper for the company's expenses. Through my time at GSAC I learned to better collaborate and cross-train within various departments, this was a great first experience where I could understand all sides of the credit field.

My first job assignment as a part of my work-study program during my senior year in Downers Grove North High School was at Nationwide PA Group, which was a small firm in the insurance industry. During my employment at Nationwide Public Adjusters Group, I developed my communication and sales skills. I utilized persuasive and informational speech to convey the company service. Throughout my time with Nationwide Public Adjusters Group I reached and often exceeded the sales goals of the telemarketing department as well as provided great customer service by translating informational calls with Russian speaking customers, which resulted in satisfaction from the clients.Overall this position was my introduction into an office environment where I disciplined and organized my time and improved my communication skills.
