Capability And Program Manager
CurrentKey responsibilities• Manage a suite of early careers programs, including graduate, traineeship and Aboriginal employment programs. • Advocate, promote and communicate to enhance program visibility to secure buy-in and participation. • Oversee program operations from budget, execution, performance management to closure. • Build and maintain relationships across government to foster collaboration to achieve program outcomes. • Facilitate the department's program evaluation, informing policies and strategies. • Produce high-impact reports for government authorities, meeting whole- of -government reporting obligations. • Support initiatives to enhance organisational culture and promote leadership growth.
